This page explains the standards we keep. They apply to the technicians who perform services for The Soothing Pace.
Licensing
The Soothing Pace is licensed, and our technicians hold the licenses Colorado requires for the services they perform. We keep records of those licenses and check that they stay current.
Insurance
The Soothing Pace carries business insurance. If you or your workplace need to see proof of insurance, for example for an office, hotel or event venue, please ask us when you request your visit.
Cleanliness and care
Technicians will use clean tools and supplies, follow sanitation practices that fit the service, and wash or sanitize their hands before each service. Tools that cannot be properly cleaned between clients should not be reused.
Professional conduct
Technicians are expected to arrive prepared, be on time, respect your home or workplace, protect your privacy and treat you with courtesy. Please see our Client Safety & Service Eligibility page for how we handle safety questions.
