Who we are

The Soothing Pace ("we", "us") provides mobile wellness services in the Denver, Colorado area.

What we collect

When you send a request we collect the details you enter: your name, email, optional mobile number, ZIP code, preferred date and time, number of guests, event details, an optional service address and any notes. Our site may also receive basic device and usage data, and it records which ad or link brought you here (for example, campaign tags in the link or the page you came from). Please do not enter medical or other sensitive information in the forms.

How we use it

To reply to your request, check availability and price, arrange your appointment, and keep a record of it. If you choose to receive texts, we use your number to message you about your request.

Who we share it with

With service providers that help us run the site, forms, email, text messages and secure payments, and, if advertising tags are on, with advertising platforms such as Google and Meta (see below). Our hosting provider may also collect basic technical and security data, such as your IP address and device type, when you visit. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising

When enabled, advertising tags from Google and Meta may collect device and usage data to measure and improve our ads. We do not send your name, email or phone number to them through the site's tags. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load advertising tags. You can also limit this through your browser settings and the ad settings on those platforms.

Text messages and email

Texts are sent only if you check the text box on the form. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Emails about your request are sent to the address you provide, and any promotional email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address.

Payments

Payments are handled by a secure payment provider through a link we send after your appointment is approved. We never ask you to send card details by email or ordinary text message. See our secure payment policy.

How long we keep it

We keep requests only as long as needed to serve you and keep our records, then delete or anonymize them. We keep a record of text consent as long as the law requires.

Security

We use secure (HTTPS) connections and limit who can access your details. No method is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our services and site are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
