Policies
Client Safety & Service Eligibility
Your comfort and safety come first, for you and for our technician.
Draft for review. Not final until confirmed by the owner and reviewed by a lawyer.
Relaxation and personal care only
Dry head spa, gel manicure and dry pedicure are for relaxation and personal care. They are not medical treatment, and we do not promise any health result. If you are unsure whether a service is right for you, please ask a health professional first.
When we may decline or adjust a service
A technician may decline, adjust or stop a service if it may not be safe. This can include:
- Visible skin irritation or signs of infection
- Open wounds, cuts or broken skin in the area to be treated
- A contagious condition
- Anything else that makes the service unsafe for you or the technician
Allergies and sensitivities
When we confirm your booking, we will ask about allergies and sensitivities, such as to nail products, fragrances or skin products. Please answer honestly. If something changes before your visit, let us know.
Tell us if you feel uncomfortable
Please tell the technician right away if you feel pain, heat, itching, dizziness or any discomfort. We can adjust or stop at any time.
Setting up your space
To help the visit go smoothly, please prepare:
- A quiet, clean space with good lighting
- A comfortable chair or seat for the service
- A pet-free area, if possible, or pets kept in another room
- Space for the technician to set up
Respectful conduct
We treat every client with respect and ask for the same in return. The technician may end the visit if behavior is abusive, threatening or inappropriate, or if the setting feels unsafe. In that case, the technician may leave, and payment terms in your quote may still apply.
Guests under 18
Our guests are 18 and older. Younger guests must be accompanied by an adult for the whole visit. At group events, an adult should stay present when younger guests take part.
