How many guests can you serve?
Tell us your group size in the group quote and we will confirm how many technicians your date and space call for.
What space do we need?
A quiet area with comfortable seating. We confirm the details in your quote.
Does a request confirm my appointment?
No. A request is not a confirmed appointment. We check the schedule, assign a technician and send your final quote. Your appointment is confirmed only after you approve it and complete payment.
Where do I see prices?
Prices for each service and duration are being finalized and will be listed on the Services & pricing page. Travel is quoted separately by ZIP code, and you always see the total before you pay.
How is the travel fee set?
From your ZIP code, distance, location and the size of the booking. It is shown in your final quote before payment.
Where do you come to?
We serve selected Denver-area ZIP codes. Add your ZIP code to the request and we will confirm whether we can come to you.
What do I need to prepare?
A quiet spot with room for us to set up, and a comfortable place to sit or lie back. We will ask about allergies and sensitivities when we confirm your appointment, so we can plan around them.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing is best, so you can relax fully.
Is there an age requirement?
Our services are for guests 18 and older.
What about cancellations and payment?
