Secure Payment Processing
We use a secure payment provider and send a payment link only after your quote. We never ask for card details by email or text.
Draft for review. Not final until confirmed by the owner and reviewed by a lawyer.
How we take payment
Payments are processed by a secure payment provider. After we approve your request and you accept your final quote, we send you a secure payment link. You enter your payment details on the provider's secure page, not in an email or a text.
What we will never do
We will never ask you to send card numbers, security codes, bank account details or passwords by email, ordinary text message, social media message or over the phone in an unsecured way.
How to recognize a real payment link
A real payment link from us:
- Comes only after you have received and accepted a confirmed quote
- Matches the service, date and total in your quote
- Opens a secure payment page, with a lock symbol in your browser
- Can be checked by contacting us through the contact details on our website
If something seems suspicious
If you get a message that asks for card details, pressures you to pay right away, comes before any quote, or has a total that does not match your quote:
- Do not click the link or reply with payment details.
- Contact us using the details on our website to check.
- If you already paid or shared card details, contact your bank or card company right away.
Your payment information
Card details are entered on the payment provider's page and handled under the provider's own security rules. See our Payment & Deposit Policy for how quotes, deposits and payment timing work.
