Our service prices do not include travel. Your travel fee is shown in your quote before you pay.

Travel is separate from service prices
The prices you see on our website are for the services only. The travel fee is not included. We bring the service to you, and travel takes time and effort, so we calculate it separately.
How the travel fee is calculated
We look at a few simple things:
- Your ZIP code
- The distance to your address
- The type of location, such as a home, an office or an event venue
- The size of the booking, including the number of guests and technicians
When you will see it
After you send a request with your ZIP code and address, we review it and send you a final quote. The quote includes the travel fee and the total.

Groups, corporate visits and events
The travel fee may be different for groups and events. A larger visit may need more than one technician, more equipment or a longer stay. Corporate and event bookings are quoted individually, and the travel portion is shown in that quote.
If your address or plans change
If you change the address, the number of guests or the type of location, the travel fee may change. We will send you an updated quote and you can decide whether to continue.
