Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Option 1: Studio location gift card. This card can be used at The Soothing Pace studio location in Denver.

Option 2: Mobile wellness gift experience. We bring the service to the place the recipient or buyer chooses. A separate travel fee applies, and it is shown in the quote before payment.

Either option can be for one person or for a group.

When you buy studio location gift cards under our published conditions:

• Buy 1 gift card and save 5%.
• Buy 2 or more gift cards and save 10%.

This savings applies only to studio location gift cards. It is not a general discount, and it does not apply to mobile services, travel fees or other purchases.

For a mobile gift experience, the location, the time and the number of guests are confirmed before you pay. The booking steps in our Booking & Confirmation Policy apply, including the quote that shows any travel fee.

A request is not a confirmed appointment until we approve it and the payment conditions are met.

We can help with gift packages for employee appreciation, holidays, client appreciation, executive or VIP gifts, and weddings. These are quoted individually. Please use the contact form, email, text or Request a Group Quote.

Gift cards are subject to applicable Colorado and federal law. Details about expiration, any fees, refunds, replacement of lost or stolen cards and how to check a balance are stated at purchase.

Gift cards are for services and are not redeemable for cash, except where the law requires it. Services paid for with a gift card are for relaxation and personal care, not medical treatment, and our Client Safety & Service Eligibility policy still applies.
