Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to someone else.
Draft for review. Not final until confirmed by the owner and reviewed by a lawyer.
Why notice matters
When you book a mobile visit, we set aside a technician and travel time just for you. Giving us notice lets us use that time for another client.
How to cancel or reschedule
Contact us by email, text or the contact form. Please include your name, the service and the date and time of your visit.
We will reply to confirm the change. A change is not final until we confirm it.

24 hours' notice
Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you do, we will work with you to find a new time or handle your payment as described in your quote.
Rescheduling depends on technician availability.

Late cancellations and missed visits
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee may apply. The same may apply if no one is available at the address when the technician arrives, after a reasonable wait.
Any fee will be explained in your quote or confirmation before you pay, and we will always tell you what applies to your booking.

If we need to change or cancel
Sometimes we may need to reschedule, for example because of illness, severe weather, unsafe road conditions or a technician emergency. If that happens, we will contact you as early as we can and offer a new time or a refund of what you paid for that visit.
Groups, corporate and event bookings
Larger bookings may have their own cancellation terms, which are stated in the quote or agreement. Those terms apply to your booking instead of this page when they differ.
