Can a gift card be used by a group?
A mobile gift experience can be for one person or a group. The place, time and number of guests are confirmed before you pay.
Do you offer corporate gift packages?
Yes. Ask about gift certificates by quantity, or an in-office relaxation experience for your team or guests.
Does a request confirm my appointment?
No. A request is not a confirmed appointment. We check the schedule, assign a technician and send your final quote. Your appointment is confirmed only after you approve it and complete payment.
Where do I see prices?
Prices for each service and duration are being finalized and will be listed on the Services & pricing page. Travel is quoted separately by ZIP code, and you always see the total before you pay.
How is the travel fee set?
From your ZIP code, distance, location and the size of the booking. It is shown in your final quote before payment.
Where do you come to?
We serve selected Denver-area ZIP codes. Add your ZIP code to the request and we will confirm whether we can come to you.
What do I need to prepare?
A quiet spot with room for us to set up, and a comfortable place to sit or lie back. We will ask about allergies and sensitivities when we confirm your appointment, so we can plan around them.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing is best, so you can relax fully.
Is there an age requirement?
Our services are for guests 18 and older.
What about cancellations and payment?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A late cancellation fee may apply, and any fee is explained in your quote before you pay. See our cancellation policy and payment policy.
